Her people are known as the Tidebound, amphibious folk who can walk briefly among mortals but whose hearts belong to the waves.

Diplomatic, melancholic, but cold when crossed. Her memories do not fade, unlike those of the deep sea.
Possesses the ability to pull memories out of footprints in the sand, or steal voices by kissing them away.
Negotiates the fragile peace between mortals, deep-fae, and land-based fae courts.
Bitter about the Drowned Sovereign’s retreat from the surface. She remembers the Pact and holds him partially responsible for its collapse.
