The Faylinn Defence Group (FDG) is a fictional, covert organisation set up to protect Britain from incursions by the inhabitants of Faylinn, the mythical land of faerie. The Faylinn Defence Group (FDG) was founded in 1787 following the Hoo Peninsula Incident. The FDG operates under direct Crown authority, independent of standard military or civilian oversight.
All knowledge of Faylinn remains compartmentalized at the highest security levels. Breach of information protocols is punishable under the Defence of the Realm Act.
