Description:
Glassnakes are slender, translucent serpents with crystalline spines resembling finely etched glass filigree. Unlike terrestrial snakes, they move in unnervingly straight lines rather than the typical serpentine curves. Their bodies seem to shimmer and refract light but cast no shadow.
